Turn-key proposal
We offer a value-added service through the installation of fuel filling stations for own consumption.
The customer is supported throughout the licensing process (with the municipalities), accreditation (with the National Authority for the Fuel Market), validation (with the Tax Authority), sizing and construction of the infrastructure. Petroibérica's technical team, highly professional and qualified, is always available to intervene and advise on the best solution for the Private Fuel Station.
The home-based solutions can be equipped with a fleet management system for a real and effective control of the fuel consumed. The customer fills up at his Private Fuel Station, and the onus of managing that fuel is Petroibérica's responsibility. A complementary or an alternative solution is the placement of deposits as a loan.
Through the customer's private area of the website, the customer has access to all the management information online, where he can consult all the detailed information on consumption, his invoices and other additional information.
Just-in-time delivery
We guarantee delivery within 24 hours anywhere in the country
The just-in-time service is one of our differentiating factors. Each order placed by the customer is recorded in the management software that controls the entire delivery process, to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer's home within a maximum period of 24 hours after the receipt of the order form.
The delivery service is ensured by our fleet of specialized and certified deliveries, which is synonymous with professionalism and guarantees a high quality of service.
Throughout the fuel supply chain, we scrupulously comply with all safety procedures, culminating with the unloading at the customer's premises, where the product is checked and its quality certified.
Each customer is accompanied by a dedicated commercial, available 24 hours, and can request assistance through the Customer Support Line. Technical issues are dealt with by our dedicated team, which also has the support of Equipband, an Alves Bandeira Group company, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Complementary Solutions
We offer fleet card solutions and access to a network of more than 600 stations in Portugal and 12,000 throughout Europe.
We combine bulk distribution with the possibility to fill up on credit and with discounts in the national network of Alves Bandeira and Repsol and more than 12,000 service stations throughout Europe.
The fleet card solutions guarantee maximum security in refueling, based on an online validation of the transactions. All cards have a unique PIN code and can be parameterized, especially regarding value limits per transaction, monthly consumption, among others.
The online management portal allows you to access detailed information on the management of your cards' movements, even before the invoice is issued.
